Our proven advertising strategies, franchisee support, top-quality products and training are vital in ensuring each one of our franchisees achieve success.

Training

We have spent years studying this industry and developing a business model based on what we call our 'Secret Sauce'. The most important ingredient in that is without-a-doubt the talent in our stores.

Franchisee training begins with a dynamic, high energy, classroom-setting seminar at Complete Nutrition Corporate. Following initial training, franchisees are granted the unique opportunity of spending time in an Omaha corporate store, shadowing the store management team and better learning the daily store tasks and procedures. Upon completion, each franchisee will be assigned a Success Coach who will be responsible for leading them through Becoming Complete, a 16-session training program in which the coach will orient the franchisee on the Complete Nutrition business model and prepare them to be operationally sound in every aspect of owning a Complete Nutrition franchise. In addition to being the primary contact with the franchisee, the Success Coach will drive the new store setup, provide product expertise, and educate via performance coaching throughout the duration of the business relationship.

Every franchisee will be educated on our successful marketing methods and how to close sales at the store level in order to increase customer transactions. Our sales and marketing methods have consistently demonstrated the ability to yield high margins and increase store profitability year after year.

We’ll educate every franchisee on how to generate store traffic through:

  • Radio, print and TV advertising
  • Direct mail campaigns
  • Outdoor advertising and branding (vehicle wraps, billboards, banners, yard signs)
  • Community events and partnerships
  • Email and online campaigns
  • In-store promotions and events

Since 2004, we’ve been testing and modifying our sales and marketing methods to increase customer traffic and the average ticket in our retail stores. This system encourages aggressive branding and product marketing, guerilla marketing techniques throughout the local community, and product cross-selling and up-selling at the store level.
